Our Unique Winery

The winemaker, Dan Garver, has been producing wine for his family for nearly a decade. Upon perfecting the process, Dan and his wife Judy realized a dream of theirs was to own and operate their own winery.

When the Baltic Mill came up for auction in 2013, the Garvers decided it was the perfect place to accommodate that vision. The exposed red brick, beams, and machinery in the interior provide a rustic yet warm backdrop that cultivates the ideal ambience for a winery.

Dan, along with his son Matt, handcrafts the wines in the cellar of the building, while the main floor serves as a wine tasting and seating area. Our sweet wines have quickly become the top sellers, however the dry wines are also meticulously created to please your palette. We offer tastings of the whole family of Baltic Mill Wines or your favorite selection by the glass or the bottle.
